All pre-order items are expected to be shipped within 8–10 weeks from the purchase date. This timeline is estimated and may vary depending on manufacturing or supply chain circumstances. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Full payment is required at the time of pre-order unless otherwise stated. Your payment method will be charged immediately to secure your reservation.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your pre-order by contacting our support team at support@gummyment.com. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

Once your pre-order has been shipped and received, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies. Please note that opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
