RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS:
You may return products within 14 days from the date you receive them. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at support@gummyment.com. Items sent back without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
All returns must be sent via post to our location in Vilnius, Lithuania. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
CONDITIONS:
No returns for opened items unless damaged or defective
Products must be in original, unused condition and packaging
Customer covers return shipping (unless item is defective)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
